“I make sure to pass on the same values to my children that were instilled in me during my youth,” he explained. “Being a good father stems from having had good parents myself. Upholding the principles of my upbringing is crucial.” He also expressed his gratitude for the admirable commitment and dedication of Antonela as both a mother and a partner. “I have nothing but respect for her,” Messi stated. “She is with our children round the clock, even when we are away for extended periods due to work commitments like trips, matches, or national team duties. Thiago is a more talkative one, especially with Antonela around as he feels more comfortable sharing things with her. Mateo is the chatterbox who always has something to say, while Ciro tends to be more reserved. The decision to move to Miami was also influenced by the desire to provide a good environment for their children, as Messi shared their daily routine. They start their day at 07:00, have breakfast which usually consists of toast and chocolate milk. Sometimes Messi drops the kids off at school, sometimes not, as their day involves training, naps with Antonela, and picking up the kids in between.
